Maintenance Plans
This category includes all the ad-hoc hourly maintenance packages. These plans are generally for a block of ad-hoc maintenance spread over time (as opposed to specific development, which can be quoted for, and negotiated).
The rates quoted on these maintenance plans are the default rates (currently AUD 90.00 per hour plus GST), but they are all discounted by varying degrees depending on the specific plan.
Should there be specific requirements, eg addition of a new feature, or a partial or full redevelopment, then the rate for this would be negotiated, and will always be less than the equivalent maintenance plan, since I regard this as development, rather than ad-hoc maintenance.
- eg if a feature were required, and it is estimated that this will take 20 hours, then the rate will NOT be as in the 20 hour maintenance plan noted below
- In this case it will always be less, as this is a specific task, as opposed to a more general ad-hoc maintenance
